Mid/Senior Software Implementation Consultant (Cairo)

We are looking for an ambitious, talented person with at least 5 years post university commercial experience in software implementation for enterprise and/or public sector customers.

You must have strong SQL and data modelling skills to design and implement solutions and deliver related services to customers in Egypt, Ireland and UK.

​

You should be a team player, focused on delivering value to customers and performing your duties with high level of professionalism. We are seeking a native Arabic speaker with excellent spoken and written English.

This role can be performed mostly working from home, but you must live in Cairo to be able to travel to the company office in Zamalek as well as other client locations in Cairo for occasional meetings/collaboration if required.

Essential Attributes

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Strong experience in SQL Scripting essential

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge of any other RDMBS will be considered as a plus.

• Very good knowledge of developing stored procedures, functions in SQL Server using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

• Understanding of Agile methodologies

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, careful precision, and attention to detail essential

• Strong numerical competency

• Strong data modelling skills

Duties in this role

• Implementing solutions on the DataKraft platform (training will be provided on Datakraft)

• Support the customers either by phone, remote desktop etc.

• Prepare documentation with care and attention to detail

• Write clean, scalable code using Microsoft tools

• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

• Provide Pre-Sales support to other team members
